Mr. Ahwee has requested that the subject of re- -arranging his lot (K.IL No. 97) be re-op med. I recommend that a lot shown edged in pink on the enclosed plan be given in exchange for his lot and the buildings thereon on the following conditions to which Mr. Ahwee has agreed, viz:-

(s). The sristing lease of K.I.L.97 to be surrendered to

Government when required by the Land Officer. (b). The existing buildings on K.I.L.97 to be removed by

the leases at his own expense within 24 months from

the date of a letter signed by the Director of

Public Works stating that these terms have been

approved by Government.

(c). An Inland Lot as shown coloured red on plan and

containing about 13,593 sq. ft. to be granted in

exchange for K.I.L.97. The new Crow Lease to be for

the residue of the term of the existing lease of

K.I.L.97 and to be subject to all the covenants and

clauses contained in the original lease together

with the foregoing and following conditious.

(d). Premium, nil.

(a). Crow rent to be at the same rate as K.I.L.97 cal-

-aulated to the nearest even dollar to commence from date mentioned in (b). Crom rent for K.I.L. 97 to cease to be payable from some date. (f). A sum of not less than $10,000.00 to be spent on

within

buildings on the lot min 48 months of the date mentioned in (b).

(g). The lessee to form the whole area of the lot to such levels as the Director of Public Works may approve and to his satisfaction within 36 months of the date mentioned in (b).
